Nickels and Dimes

I'd rather not think what we spent in Canada and New York.

As an indication:
- Hostel in Vancouver: CAN 80 per night
- Hostel in Salt Spring Island: CAN 75 per night
- Carlton Arms in New York USD100
- Gershwin Hotel in NYC: USD100
- Sushi menu at Samurai: CAN 9,85+ (great value)
- Special Lunch menu at Asia de Cuba: USD 20,02 per person (glass of wine is at 9 dollars!)
- Chalet in Whistler (on basis of 16 occupants) CAN 85 per person per night

So you can see that we went far (faaaaar) over budget in canada and the us... well, we will make up in Asia (we hope!)
